This chardonnay fruit is from one of our best vineyards in the Hunter Valley.
The wine has had minimal French oak contact and exhibits the characteristics of fresh citrus and minerals, the very flavours that made chardonnay famous in Australia in the late 70’s. The lifted nutty tones and creamy texture make it easy drinking.
Citrus, blossom, almond and creamy oak
Citrus and orange blossom carry onto the palate and are layered with creamy textured characters. Beautiful lifted nutty notes of hazelnuts are delivered by 9 months in puncheons and barriques. A delicate and fine bodied chardonnay.
